These people are just ripping people off now. Yesterday I came in and donated about $300 worth of items that I find in storage units. I also support them by buying from them every time I come donate. Yesterday I purchased an item but it didn’t work so I came back and tried to return it and see if I can find something different. Turns out they don’t do returns now because of “covid”They surely didn’t have a problem when I donated though. Not donating nor buying from them from now on. Manager and cashiers are rude as well. Goodwill is the place that never gives me issues.

Clothes are their highlight. Decor is nice. Workers are great!

They have a wide selection of items and the staff is always nice. BUT if you’re going to buy clothes you can’t try the stuff on cause of covid, I get it, totally understand that…. However if you take them home to try them on they won’t let you return the items if they don’t fit, but wait, they WILL let you donate them back though ‍♀️
