Should be called Bob’s Dangerous Furniture – see the attached pictures of the replacement sofa sent to replace the first defective sofa they sent us. Exposed staples, dangerous to kids and pets, actually worse condition than the first one. Even getting this replacement was a nightmare. The first one had a broken leg, then a cushion just split in half (see pic). After two technicians having to enter our home during COVID, months of waiting, and hours on the phone, they finally agreed to replace it, and told us the new one would be here in weeks. We call in to check on this replacement, and it turns out that order never was placed, their employee just lied — and said it would take another 2 months. We began to suspect their plan was to run out the warranty period then use that against us. 2 months later, they send this even more damaged and dangerous sofa, which we reject because having it in the home is a danger, and now they’re saying since it’s past the warranty period, they won’t replace it, won’t refund it, no other solutions. They’re cheap for a reason — they sell defective, dangerous products and cheat on their warranty. Beware.
