I love the clothing here and I do have a Express Card. I don’t find the Sales people helpful and They don’t tell You about the Special Pricing unless You ASK. Don’t Ask and Youlose! I’ve gotten home and found an email I overlooked telling Me about it but it doesn’t count as soon as You walk out of the Store. It’s nice to be able to Return items bought Online in Store. But, I’m really disappointed about how many times I’ve missed out on getting items I’d love to have, but wasn’t told about. Come On Express!

I’m surprised this place is still in business. Their clothes are not nice and their return policy is the worst. If you’re past the 60 day return and have your receipt, they won’t give you a store credit and you have to do an exchange at the time of the return for clearance price, not the price you paid for the item. Even Walmart has a better return policy. I hadn’t been here for a while and now I’m definitely not going back. Terrible.
