We had used MSI years ago to buy granite counter tops for our kitchen. We’re doing a remodel now of a new kitchen and our designer recommended going to a competitor. Wow, we hadn’t been anywhere besides MSI before and didn’t realize the difference. MSI is head and shoulders above others. Their warehouse is well organized and efficient. The slabs they show are ready to be looked at and bought. They had helpful sales people on the floor answering our questions. If you’re looking for quartz, their selection was tremendous! I highly recommend you visit MSI, the shopping experience there is definitely superior and their selection is also great.

The floor quality of this shop is terrible! The flooring purchased in Homedepot in September 2020 will be damaged in November, and more and more places will have problems. Contact the floor company, shirk responsibility, that is the problem of installation. It’s a professional master. There’s no problem after the installation. It took less than two months for the problem to appear. The floor quality and service attitude of this company are extremely poor. I will find the relevant legal department to continue to investigate the responsibility of the flooring company.

After having a terrible experience here and writing a review reflecting that visit, the store manager called me and wanted to understand what happened. I explained what happened during my visit to him and he asked what they could do to allow them another chance to earn my business.I very much appreciated that he cared enough to read the review and get back to me in less than a day! They did ultimately make my next 2 visits MUCH better and I ultimately did buy my stone from them. Nice showroom, beautiful stone and doing much better in termsof customer service.
