One of the best customer services I had in forever! The whole staff was attentive and recognized that we were there. There was some waiting time but since I understand other guest have their own set of questions I was ok with it. Luis and leti where very helpful and exceeded themselves in offering such an excellent service when we had a ton of questions. Both of them had such a welcoming demeanor that we decided to come back specifically to this store. when we came back Gabbi did such an wonderful and speedy job at helping us with switching to metro, she was so friendly and understanding to all of our questions rewarding fees. Even Frankie (which I understood is in charge for the night) helped us out with such professionalism! The week after Martin even helped me try to understand a network connectivity with my phone and the issue was solved right there and there. The whole prosses was fast, easy to navigate and even rewarding since now I can go back and have peace of mind that they will welcome me and my worries whenever I have an issue with the network or my phone itself. : )
