Neda and Mercedes are the best Montblanc has. We are lucky to have them here in South Coast Plaza. Just go in and ask for them. Amazing customer service. I love my Montblanc pens and watches. They have totally sold me on the brand. World wide service has been so impressive. Everyone I have met from the company has been amazing. You need to go see them. If you’re a watch person you need to go see this store. The top of the line watches they have are Wonderful. You will never regret taking the time to meet Neda and Mercedes. Great Place although I thought it odd when you sign your credit card receipt they hand you a stick pen. You don’t use a Montblanc to sign for a Montblanc purchase.The presentation was excellent. I thought it a bit odd the person who greeted me passed me off. The lady who helped me was nice enough. Yet didn’t really inquire about my interest in Montblanc. They didn’t engage the customerThe guy at Omega NOW he was good. I expressed I was merely window shopping. His reply GREAT that’s how it starts!!
