Visiting Monterey for a few months and my wife and I used DoorDash twice. Both times the driver took about an hour to get to the restaurant and then immediately drove over towards Salinas. We did wait for the first order (getting it about 2 hrs after ordering it) but when I saw it happening the second time, I was able to call, cancel the order, and get a full refund.Not sure if this is a common tactic here for drivers to get free food from cancelled orders but I’ve never had an issue with them where we live.

Will never have them deliver anything agian!! The man’s hands looked like he’d been playing in dirt all day, my food was cold and all over the box! I called the corperate office and was told it was not the job or responsibility to make sure that my food was hot, and they would not replace it! They refused a supervisor and were no help!! Totally disgusted and will never get them again!!!! Id give 0 stars if app qould let me!!!
