Critical: Professionalism, Quality I went in for a pedicure, I was first in line and then several others came in, the water was cold, the technician removed my polish, slapped lotion on my legs and wiped it off immediately, then painted my nails. I was there about a week ago. First of all, they don’t sterilize the tools. I didn’t even see them wash them. Even the nail files had particles of other peoples nails!Second of all, no offense, but the lady who did my nails has very gross fungus on her thumb nails. They’re brown. It was gross enough to be touched by those things. (Sorry if I’m being offensive, but it’s a nail salon. People who work there should have at least clean hands) And third of all, she destroyed my cuticles, so I’ve been struggling with infection for about a week now. I can’t play piano or do regular things because my fingers are infected and they really hurt.Will NOT recommend this place and will not go there ever again. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one is just ridiculous.I paid for my infected fingers. Used no polish. Just wanted a clean up.Very disappointed.
