Had to get my watch fixed in a hurry. Met with David at the shop who replaced the strap and battery. He provided excellent service at a price. I would recommend Fast-fix for your watch needs.

I have a Baume Mercier perpetual calendar watch. One of the hands fell off, was quoted $80. Got my watch back, the hand was put back but they broke my moonphase dial, and blamed me for adjusting watch between 10pm to 2am. I am well aware not to adjust complications around those hours. Ok, wanted another $180, I was dumb to go for it. Another week went by. The end results: moon phase function didn’t get fixed, month changes on the 21st of each month, day hand stopped working!! Unbelievable, what was the watchsmith thinking? Couldn’t he check his work? All in all, don’t go there for anything more than changing batteries. Bad experience! I spent $260, ended up with a fully damaged watch.

Stopped by to change my watch battery, david was helping out me and i told him i am in hurry so he did it in less than 10 mins. The way he explained the difference between 1 year warranty and 5 year warranty was amazing. Highly recommended.
