If you’re willing to wait outside by their back dock for your parts or equipment, be willing to stand there for a very long time….When my patience ran out while waiting on hold (on the phone, per their protocol), I told a young lady, as she was passing by, that I was simply picking up a TVX (#12J20), and she was upset that I interrupted her lunch break, which took her, oh, maybe 2 to 3 minutes to complete my order that I placed on Will Call a couple hours earlier. Apparently, according to her, there was one person at the counter.Very bad customer service.

The Technician guy came to give estimate and consultation isn’t nice . He talked to me like we can’t afford the price . Not too much explanation about what we should do and not very helpful as all , is it because it’s a free in-home consultation ? However ,I had had a great experience with Dan who gave me a little bit more information about the whole process
