Rite Aid should be ashamed at the service this location is giving.

Not the friendliest staff

Bad customer service and high prices.

Sometimes the line is long but I can tell the staff is doing the best they can. I know they are still trying to hire more people. I work in retail and I know how hard it is to stand around for eight to nine hours. Especially when you’re the only one working it’s not like they got to chose their shifts.

This a terrible pharmacy. Not helpful at all, I had all sort of problems with my refills. Highly not recommended place to go

Warning do not buy vanilla gift cards from Rite Aid. Not only do the right aid personnel not know how to properly activate them, but when they don’t neither Rite Aid nor vanilla gift card will help the customer. I have two $200 gift cards from vanilla gift cards that I bought at Rite Aid that were improperly activated. It’s been since January and I’ve been back to Rite Aid about 6 times and called vanilla gift card more times than that with no luck. I have the cards the receipts the records and both Rite Aid and vanilla gift card know perfectly well what’s going on and that I’m out $400 but neither it will do anything to help me. This is incompetence at its highest level.
