Easy returns!! The actually open more registers when lines get long without any excuses or grumbling from staff. I have enjoyed the experience every time I go. Kind of wish they had a little more selection, not too much more just a little. All in all though nice staff, helpful and polite. Coming from someone who doesn’t like to shop and having worked in retail, Kohl’s is one store I don’t dread going into to shop.

And the summer clothes are in! Although I love the beautiful clothing they have here it’s a little pricey. Also I tried to find an associate to help me find something I was looking for but there seemed to be none available. I think I’ll shop elsewhere.

At KOHL’S Henrietta recently to return items from Amazon. As soon as walking in, I noticed it WASN’T busy & very few Customers walking around. I also noticed twoMale Cashiers @ FRONT REGISTER chit chatting and 1 of them just rolled his eyes @ me with NO GREETING. Then CONTINUED to chit chat. Now supposed I was with USA TODAY doing a cover story on REMAINING BRICK/MORTAR STORES WHO PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SVC, etc.
