If you’re ever in the area and need some help with pretty much anything in the store, look for Jim (red haired guy with a scruffy beard) you’ll usually find him in the shoe department but this guy knows his stuff. Great fella, considerate and understands budgets without compromising quality recommendations. Genuine guy who is there to help and get you what you need. I don’t normally write reviews but this guy was worth it. Customer service like this is rare, seek him out. Trust me, you’ll be happy you did.
