I grabbed two donuts off the rack and realized they were rock hard, literally like solid stones. So I asked the girl if I could switch them out for fresher ones and she said “no, sorry I have to talk to the night guy.” So I then had to pay for two stale donuts I couldn’t even eat. It was so messed up, I’m still pretty upset about it. I live right across the street and used to go there all the time but not so much now.

Every single time I come here at night or early morning the old guy with the beard screws something up and over charges me. For instance they have a mix and match 3 for $4 on there energy drinks excluding monster I believe but dude charge me full price for each one and said that I can’t get the same flavor (which is b.s. because that is the match part of the promotion). Not to mention he’s not friendly at all. But if you’re a female then he will smile and be very friendly. Oh and also he won’t be able to give you the correct change if you ask for it because it won’t be his fault at all and it’ll be a computer problem that he can’t do anything about . This is probably happened to me two dozen times over the last 2 years. It’s ridiculous. The guy should be fired.

I love coming here, the coffee here is always fresh, the donuts are so good especially there blueberry muffin, and the girl in the morning is so sweet and always makes my day. This is my favorite 7-11 in Yuba City.
