I called a day before about a vaccination and she didn’t tell me what else I needed for my vaccination, just my health insurance card. I wasted a 30 minute drive just to be told I can’t get my vaccination because I didn’t bring a proof of needing the vaccination, I then asked if my doctor could make an order they said no. Maybe next time include more details of what the patient needs to receive their vaccine. Not just a “you only need to bring your health insurance card” through the phone. Honestly not a good first impression, however the pharmacy looked clean and nice.
