Great customer service. Ladies were very helpful. I’m do not frequent Starbucks so I didn’t know the Starbucks lingo but they were able to help me and they made my drink better than I expected. I will be marking this one as my favorite location

There was a bug in my drink. (See picture) Service was very slow. When I got to the window the young man was very unprofessional. There was no eye contact. He kept talking to people behind him. My pet peeve is people doing other stuff when they’re handling my money. This guy kept jamming my card into he machine as he chatted with coworkers. This just isn’t acceptable. The staff needs better training. I want my money back.

No sense or urgency. Most employees just talk amongst one another rather than take orders or make drinks. Don’t come here if you expect quick coffee.
