**Amending an old reviewEarlier, I had written a negative review of the pharmacy. Since then, I’ve noticed that there has been a positive change. There is a different guy who answers the phone now and he is super nice. He doesn’t give me a hard time if I don’t know what the refill order # is and he is really helpful and friendly over the phone. Excellent customer service. It’s a breeze getting my prescriptions now.I also want to thank the delivery driver. He always delivers my medicine very fast. He comes up a bunch of flights of stairs to give it to me. Once when I came downstairs to get it, he said, You didn’t have to do that. I can bring it up. It’s no problem. He’s awesome. Thanks so much.***Old Review:Across the board, the people who answer the phones are rude and impatient. They sound exasperated and disgusted with humanity and I struggle to fill all of my perscriptions with them. They also don’t provide accurate information about the availability of prescriptions so that they don’t have to put in the energy to fill them. It is true that the guy who answers the phone is inordinately rude and disrespectful. He filled my order once and I was left in shock because of how he spoke to me. Delivery is nice, but I’m going to switch pharmacies because it’s always a hassle communicating with the staff and they are very demeaning to customers.

One of the pharmacists at this place is very rude. HE should not be working there if he has no manners or patience. Other than him, the other pharmacist are very nice and the pharmacy stocks many medicines, but he really brings the experience there down.
