Bad service. I ordered some stone bowls from them paid 20 to ship to San Diego. I got the stuff broken. They refused to refund us because it was over 6 months. But we live in San Diego and rarely go to Irvine. I double confirmed with them and they said could return anytime. They didn’t say return must be within 6 months. And right now it’s during Covid and stay at home order lasted 3 months. They don’t give any extension to their old customers. I have accounts with them over 5 years and been buying all restaurant equipments from them as wellWill not buy from them never
