I had a very nice experience the other day. I spoke with Larry, one of the employees. I asked him about Covid Testing hours. He actually went out of his way to find out the right information. He was very friendly and professional. Thank you so much Larry.

They hired new employees. I came in on 12/8 around noon. The 2 guys that are working in the front cashier section are excellent. The white guy is very customer friendly and very nice. I picked up my photos from him. I witnessed him taking a family over to the passport section where the small girl was screaming and crying and he remained calm and patiently waiting. It was refreshing to see both the ASIAN guy and the white guy being extremely kind, however I took off one star bcz the cashier Cassie is very rude. She doesn’t smile and she doesn’t even give eye contact when I ask her about a coupon that I sent to my card, she just looks at me and says “I wouldn’t know about any coupon until I scan the item”. I did purchase the item with her. No smile. Nothing. That’s all she said to me throughout my transaction. It’s very busy. The line is long.. it’s the holiday season for gods sake!! Why isn’t she smiling?? Great job in hiring 2 friendly, compassionate people!!

I don’t know the words to explain the feeling of getting home to realized they forgot to put your child’s medicine in the box and having to drive all the way back. Maybe if they stop gossiping and pay attention this wouldn’t have happen. Luckily it wasn’t a life threatening. #DoBetter
