Definitely one of the best FedEx offices in tire van to service and the location is so convenient they have a great manager called Scott she is mostly always there taking care of every single and small detail of customers order, read the reviews and most of them are unhappy with the FedEx service yet If you want to write a review of this place it’s supposed to be about the specific location and the service from the staff, I personally use this service in location multiple times I received a very good and satisfactory results. The shop is a huge well designed good lighting clean and provide you with every possible service of shipping available by FedEx that makes this branch a five star for sure.

WOW is the service bad here. I’ve had to walk out twice in a row because they have 1 employee helping people with 2 others standing there on their phones doing nothing behind the desk. While customers pile up in line! The worst part is – for people like me that are smart with tech, and dont need front line reps to help me…their self service shipping computer always freezes up when you go to print your label! It’s literally totally useless here. Hope everyone loses their job.

Lol never deal with FedEx cuz of this reason, UPs makes life so much easier, returning shoes, lol NOT fragile, two pairs, adidas says put in box and take label, TWO different places said “we have to charge for filling cuz the box is too big” at UPs you don’t even need to box anything lol. Save the trouble and just go UPS
