Bought a new PRS ES 245 on line, from a reputable guitar store. It was two day delivery so I could play it with my son who was visiting from out of town. On delivery it was missing a nut to hold the jack. The reputable store said that I could send it back to be fixed or returned. Neither was satisfactory as my son arrived the same day as the guitar. This was to be a jam session before he leaves for college. I called mystic music and spoke with Tom. He said to come on over and let him take a look. Not in two weeks or two days, now, my son and I drove over after I hung up the phone. He was friendly and looked over the guitar, brought out some tools and the appropriate parts and fixed it on the spot. He informed me that it needed a little overhaul to make it play perfect! (He will kill me) it was no charge for the easy repair. I’m coming back to get the final professional tuneup and look forward to playing it dialed in. I am new to Fresno and this IS my new guitar store!! Thank you Tom!! I’ve been in customer service for 40 years and know the importance of going the extra mile! Mystic music is a no brainer! They were very nice. I would have appreciated knowing the specialist tuning gjutars wasn’t there before the long bus drive with the guitar. He’ll be there Saturday.
