But, of course, the receipt says ALL SALES FINAL! so that’s not gonna work.

Drove down from Big Bear today for black powder supplies and was not disappointed, they had everything I needed to go make some smoke tomorrow. The fellas working the counter were amicable and knowledgeable. Amazing selection of single action revolvers and vintage shotguns.

Buisness policy and pricing model has gone south over the last six months with owner changeover. Had 2 boxes of ammo sent in from out of state along with two rifles. They charged the same for the ammo transfer as the rifles. $150 for three items as a handling fee. $50 was for two boxes of ammo. I would understand if it was a pallet, but 2 boxes that I could carry in one hand. Not a fair price, more like a penalty. Long time customer and have recommend many here in the past. Never again, this is not how to take care of loyal customers. Take your buisness to folks who support customers.

So a little over a month ago I purchased a new browning buckmark pistol, the firearm didn’t even make it 200 rounds before the extractor blew out and guide rod fell apart took it back to be sent out to manufacture just picked it back up today they had no paperwork from manufacture and had no knowledge of what parts had been replaced got it home took it apart to clean it up and guide rod and spring are still missing a piece looks to me like they worked on my firearm them selves I don’t think that browning would have sent my pistol back without paperwork or in this condition. I really tried to give this spot a try even purchased a 1911 and rifle from them but after this I lost all trust with this business. I will say this the guys behind the counter were cool to talk to but this is not cool
