Such a great experience! Working with Paul, Dr. Barnett and the team at the Stony Brook location was such an absolute pleasure. They have a customer for life and I will absolutely refer friends and family.

Doesn’t even deserve one star! Went in and a gentleman came out front I stated to him I was visiting from out asked if they could adjust my glasses. The man asked if I bought them there, I said no I am visiting from out of town. He rudely replied THERE’S A CHARGE if you didn’t buy them here and mumbled a price. I didn’t expect them to do it for free, I went in expecting a charge but after the very rude tone and response I walked out. I’d rather give my business to someone kind.

Rude Physician and very expensive. Go to National Chain Cheaper and better service. Example: Target, Walmart, Lenscrafters
