I love this place! We are regulars here. Everything is high quality, most is sourced local from California. The biggest appeal for me is that all the meat is ethically raised, free range, no hormones or antibiotics. Electric city carries pork, beef, and chicken regularly, and lamb, duck, veal, and organ meats sometimes. Free range chicken and duck eggs. They make sausages, bacon and a variety of cured meats in house. They do dry aging of steaks, ect to order.Some may find the products a bit pricey, the quality cannot be matched and it is worth it!!!

I had the best idea ever, to get some great meat and grind them I to patties for burgers. I wanted Chuck, short rib and brisket, and together in one glorious bite. I went to Electric City Butcher, told them what I wanted and they outperformed expectations. They cut the meat to order, grounded it for me, and then formed 6oz patties. 10 in all. I grilled them at home and they were an absolutely huge success. I will return to ECB for all of my meats at this point. If you are looking for steaks or burgers or sausages… Go here.
