I haven’t had their 5G service but with their 4G I was always feeling like I was over paying for the service that I was getting where I was pay more that I should for the quality of service I got. My play never change but it seemed like every month my bill was a different amount like I don’t understand how the hell the but veal fluctuates with them but other companies that I’ve had it’s the same number every time I go in same number same number these people it’s always a few dollars off a few dollars more few dollars less typically more but no I’m not going to keep giving my money like that so I have resorts in the people that are more set in the price not to mention there 5G access is very limited in our area anyway.

For any one trying to figure out like I was if if this is the old Sprint store, it is. If you are an old Sprint customer you can go in there and they will be happy to help you. I needed a sim card for a new Note 20 Ultra so I called in, they verified they had one, and told to come on in as they were not busy at the time (shortly after 10 in the morning).When I got there I waited less than a minute to start getting helped. They put the new sim on my account and even activated the device for me. The whole process took about 15 minutes, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was in my opinion a very pleasant experience, Thanks to the staff that helped me.
