We went there hoping to buy shelving for our three closets. When we arrived we asked the clerk for help and she proceeded to tell us how she’s worked there for 23years and doesn’t recommend us getting anything until we request an appt to meet with a professional because she was going on break and the others were busy. We advised we weren’t looking for an appt, but she insisted that she sees people “try to do it themselves and then they’re back in here returning things all week.” After asking another question she had the same reply so we walked over to the closet section and grabbed the items needed to make what we wanted. Without an appt. or the lady’s negativity in telling us we couldn’t do it by ourselves. LOL thanks for the support, lady! Sheesh. We were helped by a gentleman in the area who even went to the back to grab additional parts for us. He was extremely helpful and the reason this gets three stars.

I really feel scammed by this company. Buyer beware! I found an item I liked on their website. It was in stock near me so I decided to go in to the store to verify its quality before buying it. Upon finding the item in the store I noticed it was 20% more in store than on the website! There was a 10% off in store/online discount but I had no other additional discounts online. They are price gouging the customers that shop in store. I verified this by looking at a few other items online to see if they matched the price in store.

Purchased an order online and after waiting WEEKS, I finally received it, and it was not impressed. I wrote what I felt was a fair and honest review of the item, nothing inappropriate, but the kind of information I would have appreciated when I was deciding to purchase this item, (which had glowing reviews) My review was not accepted for not meeting their guidelines, without stating what particular guideline I didn’t meet. The review was fact based on WHY it didn’t meet my needs to hopefully help someone else make an informed decision. If TCS Cancels negative reviews, then they cannot be trusted, and I will no longer do business with them.Below is my review I submitted for Anchor Hocking Glass and Aluminum Canisters:Poor Lid DesignI really wanted to love these, and was looking specifically for square glass containers to redo my pantry. I returned them because I didn’t like the way the lid fit on at all. I could tell it would be a constant battle getting them back on. Some went on fairly easily, but most I just had to work harder than I should have to to get it seated back properly, and I know the rest of my family won’t take the time. The glass is very sturdy, but the lids seemed very flimsy, like a regular aluminum soda can, and I worried it would dent easily along with showing fingerprints and smears. I also didn’t like that the seal was on the glass part, so it would be much harder to keep clean. Anything poured out would spill into the seal.
