Would have probably given 3 stars but added one for Nostalgia (or should I say Nordstalgia?)I’ve always been a fan of Nordstrom but it has lost a little bit of its luster. Now you go in and look at some merchandise and it doesn’t seem like it’s that exciting original especially when you’re probably gonna be able to get it at Nordstrom rack for significantly less. The store unfortunately wasn’t my favorite one. It just doesn’t have the best of the best merchandise.

Nice friendly department store. Good merchandise. Employees are responsible. They even had free daily coffee during the month of December 2020.

Went to pick up an online order. Super smooth process. Have well-marked dedicated parking spot for online order pickup. Check-in on app and open trunk to minimize contact. Someone comes out with your order and places it in the trunk. Five stars!
