I met Kingsley Wong for the first time today for my oil change appointment. (I had originally scheduled under Steven Chen because he took care of me in the past.) However, Kingsley came out to greet my car and I. He was very quick, efficient and thorough. Answered all my questions and concerns with confident knowledge. I have been driving out to this dealership because it’s located in my hometown and therefore gives me an excuse to visit my favorite senior citizens afterwards. The service was completed in less than an hour but there was a slight mishap though. I noticed it immediately upon entering my vehicle so I quickly went back to the service counter and notified Kingsley about the problem. He apologetically took care of it personally without any hesitation. I will continue to frequent this dealership for car maintenance because of their solid customer service thanks to employees like Kingsley Wong and Steven Chen!
