It would be hard to have a worse experience with a hardware store. Ordered a door in June… maybe the 4th door will be of sufficient quality to have installed.Avoid at all costs.

I purchased Trex system to replace my deck. I had to wait due to high demand, which is understandable. I am 70% done with my deck and realized i need to return about 10 boards and get 15 of a different size. I called and the gentleman helping me and told him my story. He informed me these were special order and i cant return them. I informed him i did not know and he never told me. He said go look at your receipt, it says special orders are not returnable. When I asked if there was anything he can do, without hesitation he said no. He did not care!!I know it was my Fault for not reading the invoice carefully but he could have been more sympathetic or at least tried to see if there was anything he could have done.That is ok cause ill make sure ill take my future business some where else.
