Called ahead to see if they could help with getting some things off of my phone to print because I was struggling online. Got there, she said I had to use their computer to pull up my email to print. Put my card in the computer, $3.00 for the first 5 minutes and then so much per minute past. I printed 3 copies which were unacceptable, (two were super blown up so that each word was about an inch, and the other was a copy of the list of attachments, useless). Asked about a refund since I was not able to use their computer to get anything successfully printed, was told no. Grudgingly paid the $5.22 bill, and left. Got home to see I was also charged $0.60 for the three useless copies!!! After it was clearly evident the UPS store was either unable or unwilling to help, and while I was still in the store, I called the Curry Copy Center on Mooney. Sweet girl was starting to print the things just as fast as I could email her, no problems at all! She had my complete order printed immediately for less money than UPS would have charged me, (63 copies total). Bonus, she had them ready for me by the time I drove there from UPS!

So helpful and friendly! Nobody there this morning 9am, went in, got my stuff taken care of and walked out in less than 5 minutes! So happy to have a UPS STORE near my house! They’re wearing facemasks at all times which was nice!
