I didn’t get the young ladies name, but she hooked me up with 2 carts to bring my 12 boxes which were over 50lbs each, into the receiving counter and had them scanned straight away. Great customer service at this FedEx location.

Fast (if you go at the right time), easy, way better than UPS in Latham where you have to haul your stuff from a parking lot eight miles away. And, as a bonus at FedEx, the girls behind the counter are all good looking even with masks on. Now, if they could transfer the good time at Menands to their actual delivery service, that would be great, however I rank that part (the most critical) of FedEx service about a minus four. Same with UPS. The USPS…the worst of the worst of the bottom in every regard.

This place is a joke. The girl at the counter was more involved making time with a customer in the building then trying to help me. She couldn’t be bothered trying to help me pack equipment for shipment. I was basically told I’m not going to do that. Wow, what a fantastic person to have working your counters. I have a corporate account and have shipped hundreds of items and your employee can’t spend ten minutes to box something up for me?
