Honestly the best customer service I have received from a dealership. I came to this dealership because the one I usually go to was overbooked for service repairs and they didn’t bother to check if there was availability. This John Elway dealership of Claremont was able to check their availability and were able to service my car for an oil change. Robert Hogan was my representative and provided the best customer service. He was able to get my Dodger Challenger serviced immediately and gave my car wash before returning it to me. He inspected my car and provided me with quotes to replace my tires. He also gave brake upgrade recommendations. Overall, very satisfied with this dealerships customer service.

Car sales manager Simone, Car salesman Mike P, and financier Lily did a fantastic job explaining everything to me and made me feel extremely comfortable with purchasing a new vehicle. They were all open and honest about all numbers and explained all risks as well as benefits. They were not just trying to make a sale or profit. They went out of their way to get me the BEST deal. Mike P, Simone, Lily went of there way to explain all features of the vehicle during and after my test drive. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. This is my first time at a car dealership where I felt like family.

Had a deal for a truck, dealer ran my credit, agreed on a price, then tried to sell me an extended warranty. When I told him 3 different times I did not want to buy the extended warranty, a lady who identified herself as the floor manager came to the table and told me they could not holf the truck for me (even with the deposit and after the salesman said they were holding 13 trucks for other customers). She said it was first come, first serve. We had been there for about 2 hours and the only discussion left was whether we wanted the warranty. I asked her, so we have no deal? And she told me no. I was very angry and the only reason I give them two stars, is because the the guy that let my wife test drive the trucks and gave us all the information was a very hard worker and it wouldn’t be fair to him. Things got Shady when the managers got involved and reminded me why I hate the car buying experience. I did receive a call from the floor manager when I was about two miles away, and she said she was mistaken that they can hold trucks. I feel like they are dishonest, however I did come back and buy the truck, oy because it was a better deal than the other dodge dealers.
