Priced too high. Don’t reward customer patronage by allowing current customers to downgrade and take advantage of the same low rates as newbies. There are several self storage facilities in the area so I went to a competitor whose rates were much more competitive and will allow me to upgrade or downgrade and enjoy the same rates as newbies; i.e., everyone can take advantage of the current promotions regardless of their status (newbie or current member).
