99 cent stores can be found in every major city. Great for low cost solutions. Things like batteries for basic use and even the small flat 2000 series for computers can be found for .99. While not always the best quality the price is right. It’s the liw end Wal-Mart for the bargain hunters. They even have a large wine section. Note some items are not .99 but marked at the higher rate. It is what it is.
