Purchased waist trainer and after 5 months of constant wear one of the plastic bone broke now I have to adjust all day or it’s stabbing my hip. Thought would be made better for the high price paid. Love the product till the bone broke.

I honestly made the worse purchase of my life. I have never heard of not returning on item if it doesn’t work for you. Customer service is a 10 zero star. They are so unprofessional I called to all the phone numbers they have listed no one answered. Email or not return after 3 days. I own other waist trainers and I don’t even think this original Colombian material.

I went there a few days ago, when I walked into the store the girl said that she could only take one person at a time. I said ok went outside to wait. My 2 little ones were with me and waited by the door in the sun for 20 minutes. When the customer left we walked in and the girl decided this would be a good time to let me know that she was going on break and would not be taking anyone else. When I asked her why she didn’t tell me that the first time she gave me a smart response. Let’s just say that they lost a potentially great client. Furthermore I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Bad! Bad! Bad!
