Tremendous customer service. I ordered a part from them and it was missing a piece, which wasn’t their fault. They called the manufacturer as soon as I brought it to their attention and the missing piece was air mailed to me the next day.Also good to note that the tracking number for the part was sent to me shortly after I got off the phone with them.We will definitely be using this place again.

This was my first experience purchasing parts from Solomoto and I wouldn’t hesitate using them again. The original part I ordered hadn’t shipped within the expected shipping window so I contacted them via e-mail. I had a response the same day saying the part wasn’t available due to supply issues, so they quickly got me set up with a suitable replacement.
