Store in great shape and seems very Covid-safe. Inventory thin, went on to buy 3 very specific pairs of shoes (2 off which were replacements of previous Macy’s purchases) and left empty handed – seems they are not doing Inter-store transfers of products as system found them in other area stores, was told to go get them myself.

It was clean & decorated nicely. Good men’s selections. I went in to buy 2 Xmas gifts on 12/22/20. I saw. A mannequin with a nice jacket on it. A nice security guard directed me to exactly where to but it. Then a nice sales lady looked far wide to find me a box. The box was too big for the bag, so she put on a handle extender. This was on the 3rd floor. Then back on the 1st floor, the sales folk helped me with chocolates. I had not been in Macy’s in a long time, but their selection & the sales people made me decide to go back soon. December, 2020: I bought a nice lady’s coat as a gift. The sales person was so helpful. The store was quite nice.

The store is big, clean and bright. Each floor has the sale area, the discount can be until 80%. On 8th floor they have BackStage, area with all the very low price items. They have good discount for the online order too. Branded store with discount price
