FedEx NEVER delivers in the given time frame. Instead, it keeps updating from 430 pm to 8pm, then end of day… just to see that the package is now back at the fedex facility that it started at. When you try to call, the automated system doesn’t allow you to speak to a live person. Get it together fedex!!! I literally cringe every time I learn that my package is coming from fedex, because there is ALWAYS an issue.

FEDEX does not deliver packages. They rather leave door tags and lie about attempting to deliver your package on multiple occasion.After speaking to customer service to address this issue, customer service signs you up to receive notifications for the next time your package is our for delivery.Surprise surprise… no notification. But you’ll find another door tag on your front door.So what does a person do at this point? Phone Fedex manager… who then tells you to drive to their location to pick up your package or the package will be shipped back to the sender..Zero Accountability and Poor Service…
