We went into the Yorba Linda Ashley Furniture to purchase living room furniture. We were greeted by Mohammad Kayyali and since we already knew what we wanted he listened carefully to our needs and showed us the furniture we were interested in. We decided to make the purchase and Mohammad checked to make sure it was in stock, wrote up the invoice and set up delivery. It was a very pleasant, easy, and quick, experience. We couldn’t make up our mind about an additional impulse buy so we slept on it for a night and decided the next day to make the purchase. We went back to the store and asked for Mohammad because of the excellent experience the day before. He remembered us and the pieces we had been debating about and quickly completed the transaction. Should we or our family have any future furniture needs, we are requesting Mohammad’s assistance.

I thought it was strange the online price is cheaper than the supposed sale price in the store. If you don’t know or check they will sell it to you at the higher price. That’s shady. Quality of the furniture was just ok. Salesperson was nice though. Bring a calculator and reading glasses for all the fine print.

The quality of their furniture is horrible. We purchased a $1,800 sectional in December 2020 that material on the cushions is started to come off right away. They sent a tech out to our house today and he walked in to our house and said oh you have a dog and the damage is caused by the dog walking on the couch and it’s not covers under warranty. If he had bothered to look at the couch he would have noticed that the material damage is on all areas of the cushions. I have had several couches over the years and this have never happened and the issue clearly caused by super low quality material and craftsman ship. I will never do business with them again.
