If there was an option to rate no stars I would, definitely doesn’t deserve a star. Office had a on break will return at 10am sign on the door. People were waiting inside and someone decided to finally show up at 11am. She was rude, just walked in and didn’t even address anybody. I’ll make sure to complain to headquarters as well. Go somewhere else, don’t waste your time at this place!

Had my two babies with me and walked in. Signed in as usual, chose the option to page me within 5 minutes of my appt. I did some quick shopping and returned to waiting room. I had even checked right before I checked out the estimated time remaining. Well, when I returned my name was off the list. I waited an additional 20 minutes before the woman emerged and told me she had called out my name but I wasn’t there, so she took another patient. I had never received a page the device was in my pocket the whole time so I would definitely feel/hear the call. She told me another 5 minutes. At this point, I was running late to our next appointment. 10 minutes passed so I had to leave. I was there for 1 HOUR!!!! Tried to call to talk to a representative but it’s all automated. Last time I use Quest!!!!!

Sshhhh…. don’t tell anyone. This beautiful little secret lab is tucked away by the Safeway pharmacy so it’s never been busy any time I’ve gone. Yasmine is usually the phlebotomist on duty and she’s an absolute gem. I’ve gone in some pretty rough states but she’s made it worth while. The only thing remotely close to frustrating would be the parking. There always IS parking but people seem to drive particularly crazed on that corner. Just note the hours and you’ll be good .
