The company is owned and operated by a family who has been in the business for quite a while now. They have a wide variety of materials, and the showroom is very easy to navigate with the help of their staff. Bree helped me find a tile which I absolutely adore! It was a little pricier than some options but the quality is well worth it, they were able to schedule us within a week and the work itself for our master bedroom was done in a timely fashion.Now an extra honest note, the tile direction was accidentally done opposite of what we had initially wanted, HOWEVER, I actually like it a lot the way it turned out ((so for me this was a happy accident as Bob Ross says! And they’d have fixed it if I didn’t decide I liked it)). After the work I did have concerns about the baseboard paint, and when I mentioned it to their office they got someone out within a week to help address it. In summary, their customer support is amazing and the floor quality top notch =) Thanks Flooring America

Great company to do business with. Carpet installer showed up on time and did a wonderful job installing my carpet over stairs and loft areas. He also installed laminate flooring and fixed another contractor’s mistakes at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.
