I went in to purchase furniture and there was a Asian lady working, she was ignoring me. She was chasing a white couple who were in the store looking, they were actually across at T-Mobile waiting on their phones killing time basically. I was the one who actually wanted to purchase something from the store and she would give me no service.Never again.

This place is the worst furniture place I ever dealt with. I was told I was going to get my further in 7-10 day and only half of it arrived a month later and it’s been 2 months now and I’m still waiting on the other half. The customer service is terrible. No one communicated with me about the delay in my furniture. Most of the time they didn’t answer the phone and when they did I would be put on hold 30min -1hr or sometimes even hanged up on. They also tried charging me twice the delivery fee because they forgot to deliver my rug. There is a place called furniture club in Palmdale and the customer service and communication is amazing. The prices are fair with more of a selection of furniture.
