5 stars. The guys are friendly and helpful. I took my car here after Jim at Best Buy in Salinas made mistakes across 2 installs before. These guys explained what he did wrong and fixed everything. (Jim had put color-coded wires in the opposite configuration of what they should be. He put red to yellow and yellow to red instead of matching like he should have.) A USB port that didn’t work after the Best Buy installs was fixed, too. I was told at Best Buy it just couldn’t work with everything else. Go here, avoid Best Buy. Lol

I would not recommend anyone go to this place unless you’re looking for a company that is extremely disorganized, not on time, doesn’t hold their employees accountable during this pandemic and require them to wear masks. I was offered some of my money back but that is not what I wanted, I wanted the job done right the first time.

Awesome customer service and really helpful with picking out the right audio setup for our vehicle. They even installed everything on a Sunday which was surprising and convenient for our schedule. It was also impressive how quickly the owner managed to install everything.
