For weeks I have been told by Outdora that they are ordering parts for our grill and will have them in 1-2 weeks. Then I call and they take down my number to call me back since they are *so busy* and need to check the status of the parts, yet they never call me back. I would never trust them or recommend them. This has been going on for over a month now and all they did was fed me was lies.

I ordered a beverage dispenser from Outdora. It was sold to me as a Floor Model but held, I was told, a full manufacturer’s warranty. When the unit showed up, it was unable to refrigerate. Upon contacting Outdora, I was told I should deal with the manufacturer’s warranty department. Eventually a technician was sent out to look at the unit, and it was discovered that not only had all of the refrigerant leaked out, but it was apparent to the technician that this was not the first time that this had happened. Apparently before the unit was sold to me, someone had already refilled the refrigerant loop.The technician charge the refrigerant loop, and all worked well for a month or so, but eventually the refrigerant leaked out again. This time, when I called the manufacturer, they told me that unit had been previously owned before I bought it, and that it did not have a full warranty. I explained this to Stuart at Outdora. Stuart told me that Outdora would warrant the unit. Unfortunately, Stuart was unable to arrive at an agreement with the local service company, and weeks turned to months. Getting updated status from Stuart was fairly difficult…I would call Outdora, Stuart would be out, or busy and then not return the call.Eventually, I paid for a company to come out and repair the beverage dispenser (it turned out to be a leak in the evaporator coil). I had registered my complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and they tried to reach out to Outdora. Their inquiries were left unresponded to, and so they withdrew their accreditation. Stuart did offer to sell me a new beverage dispenser at his cost if I agreed to recall my BBB complaint and other online reviews, although he would not buy back or refund the purchase price of the first beverage dispenser I purchased from Outdora.All in all I found in my dealings with Outdora that they were dishonest with the representation of the unit to begin with as it was sold as a floor model, not a return due to a leak in the refrigerant coil. I found it hard to communicate with them because they were rarely available and never returned phone calls. And, in my experience, they were insincere in their attempts to correct their outstanding issues. From reading other reviews online, it seems that these are common sentiments with regards to this business.
