I am leaving a review on behalf of my friend for the online store. I love unique vintage and have shopped at a local store that carries their dresses. However our online experience has been less than ideal. We paid extra for shipping to get her dress asap to avoid any stress but we’re only informed AFTER paying about the shipping delay. We love that dress and still want it but it is disappointing that it might not show up on time despite the planning and extra shipping we did. The most unpleasant part is that the delay was only mentioned after paying, wish we were warned ahead of time, not after.

Second time I got the wrong order from them, I asked for a resolution other than just a refund or replacement and all they sent me was their standard cookie cutter reply. Not even a personal reply apologizing, just a pre made email reply for returns. I’m done with this place! Don’t order from them!!! I attached pictures of what I order and a picture of the poor quality t-shirt they sent me as well as my email and their reply.

I’m shook. I bought a dress from them 2 weeks ago and was supposed to have it in a week. I called and the woman I spoke to said she was gonna upgrade my order to priority.. and I STILL HAVEN’T gotten it. I bought this dress to wear to my fathers funeral.. I’ll never ever as long as I live bother ordering from your company. Now I have to go find another dress and hope to God I can get my 120.00 refunded from you. I even told the lady on the phone it was bought for my father’s funeral.. my father was a famous musician that just passed away, and I wanted to wow everyone when I got up to read his eulogy… smh. I’ve been trying to call and the answering machine has no message capability. Also I’ve send emails but they haven’t been answered. If this is how you run your business that’s very sad.
