Uneducated staff pushing products they don’t understand. When encountering issues they claim no liability and customers are left with hours of technical support, and the inability to return an item they purchase due to pushy sales associates. Other retails do not treat their customers this way. Anything you can get from Staples, you can find on Amazon. There is no reason this establishment should be in business. Hoping to see this space as a new business soon

I went into the store with my grandmother and the staff was very friendly to her. They took the time to explain their price match program so she didnt have to order printer ink online and could get it same day for the same price. So overall great manager, friendly front counter staff and very clean store!
