This is the worst pharmacy I have EVER dealt with. They are so unorganized. I cant believe its a CVS. The first time I filled with them I called to be sure they had my prescription and was told yes and that it was ready and waiting for me and gave me the price. When i got there the woman was telling me it wasnt there and trying to send me away. I kept asking to speak with whoever answered the phone because he knew obviously where the meds were, and I was eventually pushed to the lead pharmacist who immediately found them and rang me up. It took about 45 minutes to get those meds when they were ready the whole time. I then clarified thay I didnt live in the area and I did not want automatic refills…. Sure enough a month later they’re calling me to let me know the prescription is ready for pick up!! If you know cvs, you know they dont stop with the calls. So i called the pharmacy to stop the calls (my pet- who the prescription was for has since passed) and when I told the person on the phone she was really rude and said What does that mean? You dont want the prescription? I said no, the dog has passed and she repeats What does that mean? So then i tell her THE DOG IS DEAD! And she replys If you dont want the drugs, i will put them back… hard to believe people like that have a job… ill probably get another refill call next month. I would definitely recommend ANY other cvs. There are several others in the area all of which are nothing like this one.
