My husband and I purchased a refrigerator this weekend. Buzz was very nice and helpful when making a decision on which option would best suit our needs. John who delivered our refrigerator was so very accommodating when we had to make a last minute change to our delivery today. This right here is why I will always prefer a mom and papa places. They go that extra mile to just be a honest and caring establishment! We will definitely be coming back here when we need an appliance. HIGHLY recommend this place!

Recently, I called and spoke to an employee who stated that he had the appliance I was looking for. I advised him that I would get off work early that day and come out and look at the appliance. Upon arriving at their store, I was advised that they mistakenly sold the appliance that afternoon? Although they apologized, it did nothing to make up for my lost time and effort. A phone call beforehand, or an effort to help me find the appliance I was looking for would have been appreciated.
