Our washing machine recently died. We went to lowes and got great and speedy service. We had just come from home depot were we could not find a customer service rep to help us. At low we got someone right ✅ away! They gave us good advice and guidance. We had a new washing machine delivered an installed in 2 days

I love Lowe’s so why only a 3 star rating? Well this has nothing to do with customer service, it’s never been a problem. Anyone I’ve ever interfaced with has always been courteous, helpful, and ready to go the extra mile for you. This has to do with their website and horrible attempt at reporting inventory locations. I rely heavily on the use of company websites when looking for items especially during these times when I want to get in and get out to avoid crowds as much as possible. Lowe’s website will let you know if they carry the product and where it is located within the store. This concept sounds great in theory but I have yet for the website to coincide with where the actual product is located within the physical store. This is highly frustrating and adds an extra element of time to my stay inside the store when I’m having to run all over looking for something that isn’t where it said it was. Just two nights ago, I invoked the assistance of a department manager for something, that again, was not located where it said it was and both he and I spent nearly 10 minutes going from one end of the store to the other looking for the item. It wasn’t until he finally reached out to his store product manager that he was able to locate the item himself. What does that have to say about their system?I love ya Lowe’s, but you gotta get your inventory system in sync.
