Cashier: VivianSupervisor: UnknownDate: 4/01/2021 06:23 PMStore #282I came to shop on (Date above), I am appalled at the level of service your employees and supervisors have.Yes i was wearing my mask and yes we got a lot at your store, if my family and i didn’t have to shop here than we most definitely would not shop here again.*This is what happened*Walked into the store and Vivian the wanna-be *MASK POLICE* didn’t ask my mother to put on her mask, she threw an attitude with a raised voice to put on her mask, we agreed *Some people forget at times* so why not ask politely?After that we got all of our stuff and went up to pay and Vivian the cashier said i had to pick something up because it was to heavy for her to carry it and threw even more attitudes about how I couldn’t pick it up because it was behind the protection glass.When she was done ringing everything up she then picked up a bag full of my stuff and slammed it down on the counter and smashed my hand on the corner of the table where my fingers were.After I screamed in pain and demanded why she did that, she didn’t apologize just tried to defend herself by saying she didn’t slam it down on my hand.I demanded for the manager and I got a young blond girl that is NOT A MANAGER but a SUPERVISOR, and i explained to the supervisor what had happened and she didn’t even address it, all she did was DEFEND VIVIAN, along with Vivian now saying that she didn’t know my hand was there.NO CUSTOMER should be treated like this. I am not one to complain to get free stuff but when I get attacked I will not hesitate to protect me and my own.If I had a choice to not shop here I would not, but due to certain circumstances we are forced to shop anywhere that has the products we need.I truly hope someone from up high see’s this and takes the appropriate action and does something to take care of this issue.If this is to happen again I will take the necessary action and make the Law force you to do what is right for the people. Do not under estimate me I have over 14 years experience on the field of customer service, customer safety and managerial experience, I know how a store is supposed to be run and how an employee is supposed to act during working hours.*Personal Opinion*Employee: Vivian needs a super strict lecture and training on how to treat the people that bring in the money to the store.Supervisors: needs even a tougher and more strict training on how to listen to the customers and learn how to deal with situations like this.

Dope location. Me and my guy decided to come scout this place out for future shoots. Definitely can’t wait to rig up this location and make some magic. It’s nice and hollowed out. Cool grunge kinda look. There’s so much that can be created here. The only down fall is the damn 15 or so min walk from the end of the drive way path up to the facility. They really should unlock that gate again like it use to be.
